| 1. Create new category |
| Start the program and tap on "+". Enter the name of the new category and select a colour. Tap on "save" to store the entries. The category will appear on the main screen from then on. |
| |
| Under the category name, the screen will show the daily result (Today) on the left and the total result (Total) on the right. Each day, the daily result is added to the total result. |
| |
| Using the sorting function (button at the top right edge of the screen), you can change the order of the categories at will. If you wish to edit or delete a category, go to "Settings". There, you can reset the total to "0" without previously made entries being changed. |

| 2. The daily view |
| As soon as a category has been selected, the current daily view (current day) appears. The total of all entries of the day appears in addition to the date displayed in brackets next to it.
|
| |
| Add a manual entry by tapping on "New Entry" or store recurring entries under "Favorites" so that you do not have to keep entering them.
|
| |
| In the Favorites overview, you will also find a counter, which increments by 1 every time you select the particular Favorite. This shows you how many times a Favorite has been counted. "counter reset" will reset all figures to "0" without previously made entries being changed. |
| |
| Tip: Make your Favorites list clearer by adding smileys or icons in front of the items. |
| |
| All Favourites can be directly edited. To do this, tap the Favourite (text) in "Edit" mode. It is also possible to change the counters for individual Favourites from "0" to any figure you like.

|
| |
| Daily reports can be sent in text format by email. You can activate this option by tapping the "Email" button on the top left of the daily view page and simply entering the desired email address.
|
| |
|
|
| |
| 3. History |
| You can go back to any previous daily report by tapping on "History" or "Statistics" in the menu bar at the bottom - this will bring up an overview of all days counted to date. Tap on the date of your choice and the full report for that day will appear. You can also delete, edit or add any entries at a later date at will. |
| |
| You can set the desired number of days to be included in the history retrospectively under "Settings". |

|
 |
|
|
| |
| 4. Statistics |
| You can view your progress at any time by bringing up a statistics display of your results. The statistics system has been configured so that rising lines (increases) are displayed in green and static or falling lines in red to facilitate interpretation. |
| |
| Before the set of statistics can be displayed (View), you need to create it first (Set) and count the relevant values (Count). |
| |
| Create the set of statistics by tapping on "Set" and entering the "lowest score" that might figure in the statistics. This can be 0 or any number (for a minus value you simply put a minus sign "-" in front of the figure). Under "highest score" enter the highest value that you think will figure in your statistical data. You can change all values at any time by redetermining the lowest/highest value. The statistics will always adjust automatically.
|
|
|
| |
Statistic-view, green = rising,
red = falling |
| This is how you create a set of statistics: As soon as you have activated the "Count" button you are requested to mark the values to be included. Tap on the relevant days and these values will be added for the statistics. Your selection will be confirmed by a tick appearing at the right-hand edge. A double click will reverse the operation. Once you have marked everything, you confirm your selection by tapping on "Ready". The set of statistics will be entered and you can then display it by tapping on "View". The date of the entry will always be the very latest counting date. |
| |
In the history, counted values are marked by a symbol so that you always know which values have been counted for the statistics. |
| |
| To create a new statistics entry proceed as described above. Any values already marked (counted) can be reused any number of times, by the way. |

|
| |
| Statistics entries can be deleted at will by simply tapping the relevant point on the statistics graph.
|
| |
| Set marker lines - place as many marker lines as required directly onto a graph, and label them. This allows you to see even more clearly whether you have reached a desired goal or fallen short of a minimum figure. Marker lines can be managed directly in the statistics settings. |

| 5. Settings |
| In the settings, you can determine whether new entries are to appear at the beginning or the end of a list. |
| |
| You can set the number of days in the past to be displayed in the history. You can select from 5 upwards to unlimited. |
| |
| In the settings of any currently active category, you change the entries for that particular category (a category becomes active when you select it and then tap on "Settings"). |
| |
| "Reset Category Total Sum" will reset the total for the category, which appears on the opening page under "Total", to "0". This will not affect the daily entries or the statistics; the total for the category is merely reset to "0" on the opening page in order to begin counting a new total from there. |
